We Buy Your Home Quick

Who You'll Be Working With..

Jimmy and Collin are a father/son duo who were both born, raised, and currently live right here in Baltimore County, MD. We are also licensed REALTORS with over 50 years of combined experience and know our community better than our national and regional competitors. While we are real estate investors, we are not just one trick ponies, and can offer you a variety of solutions depending on your situation.

Our Story:

Jimmy has been intimately involved in all facets of real estate since he was 17 years old working as a rent collector in Baltimore. Some 40 years later, he owns and operates Signature Realty Group and We Buy Your Home Quick, two staple real estate companies in the Baltimore area for over 40 years. After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 2020 with degrees in Marketing and Risk Management, his son Collin joined the team and is now an integral part of both the customer-facing and “behind the scenes” roles.

Through Signature Realty Group and We Buy Your Home Quick, Jimmy and Collin have found success in this industry by offering property owners more than one option when selling their house, something that many sellers say separates them from the pack. In their spare time, Jimmy and Collin enjoy golfing at Rocky Point Golf Course, catching rockfish on the Chesapeake Bay, and spending time at their quaint family cabin on the Eastern Shore.
